Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as a Farm Hand/Laborer. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow with us in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery and farm equipment including tractors, haying equipment, backhoe and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools, welding techniques, or basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal operation Support property maintenance, harvesting, and lawn care as needed. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving and stacking hay bales and equipment parts as needed. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience Prior experience in farming and haying operations and equipment is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance is preferred Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors, backhoe, welders and other power tools safely and effectively.
