Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Elkin KinderCare center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom. Teachers partner closely with families, communicate progress, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and adapt instruction as needed. Build positive, professional relationships with families and communicate regularly. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Collaborate with teaching staff and center leadership on programs and events. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
