Farm & Nursery Worker Schedule:

M-F | 7AM - 4:30PM Job Summary Renfroe Valley Tree Farms is seeking a dependable, hard-working Farm & Nursery Worker to support daily nursery and farm operations, including plant care, customer order fulfillment, grounds maintenance, and field work. This hands-on outdoor position requires dependable attendance, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; prior agricultural experience is a plus but not required, and training is provided for equipment operation and nursery practices. Qualifications -

Farm & Nursery Worker Required:

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn nursery practices, farm operations, and equipment operation. Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.

Preferred:

Previous experience in agriculture, landscaping, nursery operations, or farm work. Experience operating skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment. Experience with plant care, tree harvesting, grounds maintenance, or general farm operations. Responsibilities - Farm & Nursery Worker Unload and properly place incoming plant material. Pull, prepare, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain and care for plants throughout the nursery. Assist with field work, including harvesting trees; training is provided. Learn to safely operate equipment such as skid steers and forklifts. Maintain farm grounds through mowing, trimming, spraying, and related tasks. Work safely and efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions. Follow company safety procedures and instructions while completing daily assignments. Support other nursery and farm operations as needed. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
