Job Description
Job Summary Spray Tech of Raleigh, Inc., a local landscaping company, is looking for a farm maintenance (Wake Forest) and landscaper for properties throughout Wake County, NC. Position will start as part-time, 2 to 4 days per week, averaging 20 to 30 plus hours. Compensation will range from $21 to $25 per hour. Beginning wage will depend on abilities, skills and knowledge Responsibilities
- Operation of a small tractor.
- Operation of small engine equipment (chain saws, mowers, weed eaters, etc).
- Maintenance and repair of small engines.
- Repair of fences.
- Upkeep/maintenance of 2 rental units, barns, sheds.
- Pruning of trees and shrubs.
- Landscaping work to include use of fertilizers, spraying for weeds, mulching, etc Requirements
Education:
minimum of a high school diploma.- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy
- No felonies and be drug-free (background checks and random drug testing done).
- Physically fit, able to bend with ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
- Enjoy working outdoors in different types of weather.
