Are you an experienced irrigation technician who can diagnose problems, complete repairs, and manage service calls independently? GreenView Partners is hiring a dependable Irrigation Service Technician for our Wilmington team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled professional with at least two years of hands-on irrigation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent service to our commercial clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Independently inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial irrigation systems Diagnose problems involving controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, wiring, piping, leaks, and water coverage Make effective repairs and system adjustments with minimal supervision Program and adjust irrigation controllers based on property and seasonal needs Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repairs or improvements Complete service documentation accurately and communicate updates clearly Explain irrigation issues and completed work professionally to managers and clients Operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment safely Assist with irrigation installations and system improvements when needed Maintain a professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach in the field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered, you must have: At least two years of hands-on irrigation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience The ability to diagnose and complete irrigation repairs independently A valid driver's license and the ability to meet company Motor Vehicle Record requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable attendance and the ability to manage daily assignments responsibly Strong troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving skills The physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the essential duties of the position
