1-2 Job Description Villwok Farms is a family-operated feedlot and row-crop operation located near Randolph, Nebraska. We are looking for one or two dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling available. Duties may vary depending on each applicant's experience, skills, and interests.
Job duties may include:
Feeding cattle cattle health( Horseback position available) Operating tractors and other heavy farm equipment Driving semi Performing equipment maintenance and mechanic work Assisting with planting, harvest, and other row-crop operations Completing general feedlot and farm work Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience in at least one of the listed job areas is required Dependable and able to work responsibly with limited supervision Willing to assist with different parts of the operation as needed Comfortable working around livestock and farm equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pay and Benefits:
