Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions. Support residents with meals, transfers, and daily routines. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care. Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
