Private 6.7 acre farm in the Blairstown area is looking for a reliable, experienced farmhand. Part-time, 20+ hours per week, with potential to become full-time employment.

Pay:

$25

• 30/hour, depending on experience.

Duties:

• Horse care and general barn work
• Tractor operation
• Fence installation and repair
• Mowing, brush cutting and property maintenance
• General farm repairs and upkeep
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Feeding, watering and moving horses
• Hay and farm equipment work
• Other general farm duties as needed Ideal candidate:
• Previous farm, horse, landscaping or property-maintenance experience
• Comfortable around horses, dogs, cats and other animals
• Tractor/equipment experience strongly preferred
• Able to work independently and take direction
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
