Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Cultivator and play a vital role in producing high-quality cannabis products through expert cultivation practices. As a cultivator, you will be responsible for nurturing plants from propagation to harvest, ensuring optimal growth conditions, and maintaining the integrity of our crop production standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering premium cannabis products to our customers while fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. This is mostly and outdoor job but there are positions for indoor work also. Duties Manage all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, pruning, trimming, and harvesting in both greenhouse and outdoor environments Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crop production, pest management, and environmental controls Oversee irrigation systems and irrigation management to ensure proper water delivery tailored to plant needs Monitor and adjust agricultural environmental control systems such as temperature, humidity, lighting, and ventilation for optimal plant growth Conduct crop pest management using integrated pest management techniques to prevent infestations and maintain plant health Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, crop progress, pest control measures, and environmental conditions Collaborate with horticultural teams to ensure efficient land use, garden trimming, landscaping, and overall crop quality Experience None needed Join us in cultivating excellence!
