General Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: As a cultivation associate you will provide daily quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest, which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The goal of this position is to trim as much flower as fast as possible, while keeping the quality and company image consistent. Assist with harvesting the plants and will then be responsible for the cleaning of rooms between harvests.
