IS A DRIVER POSITION - MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A TRUCK & TRAILER

Yardmaster, LLC is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for a primary driving role . You will be responsible for safely operating a company truck and maneuvering a commercial equipment trailer, while also actively working alongside the crew in both commercial mowing and general landscape maintenance. This is a stable, full-time, year-round position providing consistent hours through all seasons, including winter services.

Key Responsibilities Truck & Trailer Operations:

Safely drive a company work truck and pull/back up commercial equipment trailers to various job sites.

Mowing & Lawn Care:

Perform professional commercial mowing, string trimming, edging, and debris blowing.

General Maintenance:

Maintain flexibility to transition into general landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, mulching, cleanup, and plantings based on daily crew needs.

Equipment Care:

Safely operate and maintain walk-behind mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.

Winter Operations:

Participate in snow removal and ice management during the winter months to maintain year-round full-time status. Job Requirements

TRUCK & TRAILER EXPERIENCE

(MANDATORY): Proven ability and confidence safely driving a truck and maneuvering/backing up a trailer is a strict requirement.

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

(REQUIRED): Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Work Flexibility:

Willingness and adaptability to work across both mowing and general landscape maintenance divisions as needed.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50-70 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
