REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years of age or older. Eligible to obtain and maintain Ohio DCC cannabis employee credentials prior to start date. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a cannabis, pharmaceutical, food production, or other regulated manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with METRC seed-to-sale tracking or equivalent cannabis compliance software. Strong working knowledge of Ohio DCC regulations and Ohio Administrative Code 1301:18. Ability to pass all required background checks per Ohio cannabis licensing requirements. High school diploma or equivalent required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Vocational certification in agriculture, horticulture, food science, or related field experience. Prior experience managing post-harvest or dry room operations in a licensed cannabis cultivation facility. Experience with cannabis packaging compliance including DCC weight, labeling, and seal requirements. Familiarity with ActionPac, automated packaging, or other production line equipment. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility for extended periods (8-10 hours). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in controlled environments with variable temperature, humidity, and exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and odors. Use of PPE including gloves, masks, hairnets, and lab coats required at all times in production areas. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
