Cultivation Technician 180 Premier Drive, Clyde, OH 43410 $16
This is a full-time position (40 hours), Monday to Friday. No previous experience is required, as on-site training will be provided. Job Duties & Responsibilities Defoliate and prune cannabis plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yield Assist with the harvesting process, including trimming and preparing plants for further processing Assist in transplanting and repotting cannabis plants as needed Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards Collaborate effectively within a team environment to accomplish daily cultivation tasks Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail High school diploma or GED required Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying Must be willing to undergo a background check Must have a valid state ID Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate before starting work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent quality Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance
