GENERAL DENTIST

Greater Toledo, Ohio Position Highlights:

Fully staffed, high-volume general dentistry practice with 8 operatories, including 2 private offices. 3-day workweek. Paperless charting, digital X-rays, CBCT for implants, and intraoral cameras. In-office CEREC same-day crown milling, laser dentistry, and endodontic rotary systems. On-site periodontist twice monthly for specialty referrals

Compensation & Benefits:

Demonstrated earning potential -- $325K-$350K working just three days a week. Production-based after 90 days: daily guarantee during your first 90 days. Sign-on bonus of $5,000-$10,000. Relocation assistance available. Ohio licensure fee reimbursement. Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance; HSA eligible for those working 30+ hours/week. 401(k) with company match. CME allowance, including a Seattle Study Club membership. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program. Able to obtain Ohio dental license (licensure fee reimbursement available). 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
