Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Farrowing Technician to join our team in Mark Center.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 5:30am-2:30pm, partial shift every 3rd weekend.
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days

Job functions include:
Processing and vaccinating newborn piglets. Caring for ill animals per veterinary and manager guidance and maintaining records. Maintaining a designated feeding routine. Keeping up on barn maintenance and cleanliness, which includes power washing.
