Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mark Center, Ohio . $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job functions include: Preforming preventative and corrective maintenance Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace Performing tasks related to electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting Must be 18 years of age Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience Cooper Farms consistently works to be more than a workplace to our team members.
