Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Egg Gatherer to join our Willow Springs team in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS
Typically a 6-day work schedule, approximately 11:30am-8:00pmSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$18.30 with the potential of increasing to $18.55 after 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.Job functions include:
Gathering all eggs as directed and maintain barnsCaring for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain recordsGeneral farm chores, including but not limited to: laundry, taking out trash, checking/cleaning waters and feeders, etc.Benefits
