Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Prepackager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cannabis products for sale, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality standards and working in our metrc tracking software. This role requires a strong understanding of plant care and packaging processes, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. OMMA credentials a plus. To start, this position is around 20 l hours per week and shifts typically occur Monday thru Friday between 9am to 5pm. Duties Prepare and package cannabis products according to established guidelines and specifications. Ensure all products are labeled accurately and comply with state regulations. Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Utilize hand tools and equipment for packaging processes. Skills Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during packaging operations. Basic math skills for accurate measurement and labeling of products. Experience in growing plants, particularly in a greenhouse setting, is preferred. Familiarity with lawn care or landscape practices can be beneficial. Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks related to packaging and plant care. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring compliance with labeling and quality standards.
