A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

MUST HAVE OMMA EMPLOYEE CREDENTIALS BEFORE STARTING WORK!
!! Cannabis experience and knowledge not required, but is a plus.Responsibilities:
- Meet expectations and quotas for production and packaging including concentrates, pre-rolls, cartridges, and other miscellaneous cannabis products,
- Responsible for controlling loss prevention by detailed and accurate measurement of materials used in production,
- Follow compliant standards when packaging and labeling products to prepare for final sale,
- Maintain quality and expectations given by team leaders,
- Strive to meet and exceed production goals,
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning procedures,
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 75lbs,
- Station and inventory organization,
- Occasional representation of brand at
