We're looking for someone with both technical expertise and leadership potential who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes for our clients.
Compensation:
$18
  • $24 per hour, based on experience
What We're Looking For:
Experience in turf management, weed control, and fertilization Valuable qualifications may include: 3A Ornamental & Pest Certified Applicator License Golf course superintendent or assistant superintendent experience Landscape maintenance division management experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to use a smartphone and PC for scheduling and routing Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
Standard schedule: Monday
  • Friday Occasional weekend work required during rain-delay weeks

Apply turf care programs across a wide range of properties, from single-family homes to large institutional campuses Lead by example in safety, efficiency, and customer service Collaborate with team members in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
