$15.00 per hourPenmac Staffing is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join GP Poultry Farm Associates. This hands-on position is essential to maintaining flock health and supporting the overall success of poultry operations. Team members are responsible for gathering eggs, bird handling, animal welfare, equipment sanitation, and maintaining strict bio-security standards.

Job ResponsibilitiesWork with growing birds.

Collect eggs and separate based on quality and size. Handle live poultry in poultry house environments.

Clean, sanitize, and disinfect equipment to maintain bio-security standards.

Follow all Animal Care Standards, Animal Welfare Guidelines, and Bio-Security policies.

Safely work with detergents, disinfectants, and other approved chemicals.

Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently as trained.

Work in farm environments with dust, odors, and loud noise levels.

Support animal care and welfare as a primary responsibility.

May be required to work up to six days per week, including weekends and holidays.

QualificationsRequiredValid driver's license a bonus.

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to grip, grasp, and twist with hands and wrists.

Ability to bend and stoop throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work outdoors and in varying temperatures.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

PreferredPrevious animal husbandry, livestock, poultry, or agricultural experience is helpful but not required.
