Nature's Kiss Growth Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Cultivation Technician and play a vital role in producing high-quality, healthy cannabis plants. In this energetic and hands-on position, you will assist with daily cultivation activities, ensuring optimal plant growth and health through meticulous care and attention. Skills Growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops is highly preferred Detail oriented and able to follow SOPS Keep a clean work environment Work well with a team Available for extended shifts during harvests Ability to lift 50lbs Have OMMA credentials (big plus) or able to get them (no prior felonies within the last two years). This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the cannabis industry while contributing to a vibrant cultivation environment. Pay:

$17.00 - $17.01 per hour
