Key Responsibilities Support the seasonal planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops Operate various types of farm machinery and vehicles Must drive tractor trailers Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Experience in farming is a plus Strong mechanical skills Physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions Reliability and strong work ethic Top Skills Proficiency with machinery and tools Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Effective communication Resilience Certifications No certifications required, but training for required tasks will be provided.
