Job Summary Andrews Farms operates a cash crop farm (corn, soybeans, wheat and hay) in Fayette and Westmoreland Counties, with our home base in Perryopolis, PA. We are looking for a full-time farm laborer, year-round. Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend requirement during planting in the spring and harvest in the fall. Responsibilities Operate and maintain farm machinery Assist with planting, crop care and harvesting Handle livestock and farm animals with care, ensuring proper feeding, watering, health checks, and humane handling practices. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy loads, moving equipment, and setting up farm infrastructure. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and machinery; perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed. Follow safety standards in production environments; utilize proper safety gear during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to agricultural machinery repair including welding skills is highly desirable. Driver's License is a requirement

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 60.0 per week
