Job Description
Small farm is looking for a worker to assist with poultry and meat processing/prep. At this time we are looking for a temp help with poultry processing. knife skills or wiliness/ability to learn are a must. Actual slaughtering will not be required; it is done by another farmer, but everything else, including mechanical plucking, gutting, cleaning is needed. Hours are flexible, can be afternoon-evenings. Please let us know if interested and describe your knife skills and preparedness to process live birds / cut up meat. Pay $15-25/h depending on skills and performance.
