Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking Barn Workers to join our team. Responsible for maintaining the daily operations of this small horse boarding facilities, ensuring daily tasks are performed. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with horses and adhering to safety standards and promoting a positive work atmosphere. Duties Turn out bring in horses Clean stalls Feed and water Manage manual handling tasks such as lifting feed bags, cleaning stalls, and moving livestock or supplies Supervise or collaborate with team members on farm tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and safety compliance. Knowledge of animal care practices including livestock handling. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual labor. Prior experience working with farm animals such as horses or other livestock is highly desirable Strong outdoor work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
