Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to meet quality standards, ensuring optimal appearance and potency Harvest mature crops efficiently, following established harvesting schedules and protocols Operate hand tools and small equipment safely for trimming, pruning, and harvesting tasks Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all cultivation processes to ensure consistency and compliance Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards Skills Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Basic math skills for measurements, dosing fertilizers, or adjusting irrigation schedules Proficiency with gardening tools, hand tools, and basic land management equipment Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise helps cultivate top-tier cannabis products while working in a vibrant environment that values safety, innovation, and teamwork.
