In this hands-on position, you will service tires on commercial trucks, tractors, implements, and other agricultural equipment. Responsibilities- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on commercial trucks, tractors, implements, and other agricultural equipment.
- Inspect commercial and agricultural tires for wear, damage, and service needs.
- Recommend appropriate tire service solutions based on inspection findings.
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently while following established safety practices.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of tire services performed.
- Keep the truck bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for safe use.
- Provide professional and helpful service to customers and coworkers. Qualifications
- Commercial truck or agricultural tire service experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job correctly.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy tires, tools, and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
