We are looking for full time overnight guest services agent to fulfill the following

Job Responsibilities:

Display great customer relation skills and take initiative in providing excellent guest services Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or card Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests Record guest comments or complaints in detail and referring customers to managers as necessary Prepare the Front Office for the upcoming shift and reset day's business Monitor Hotel inside and out, ensuring safety for all of our Guests Prepare our hot breakfast Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure appearance is clean and professional Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment Other duties as assigned

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
