A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Hiring a part-time farm hand. Hours are flexible. The work is generally simple. Training will be provided for complex tasks.
Duties:
Assist with animal husbandry tasks, including feeding, watering, and monitoring livestock health. Operate farm machinery. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and servicing of farm equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and mechanical knowledge. Support crop cultivation activities. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling, and the use of hand tools. Assist with general farm upkeep.
Pay:
$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
