Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team in creating beautiful landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work, including landscape enhancement projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and that our team operates efficiently and effectively. Duties Operate a wide variety of equipment and tools. Complete your daily schedule without supervision. Install landscapes including irrigation, sod, planting, rock, mulch, etc. Train and mentor laborers on best practices in landscape installation and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to local, state, federal, and company safety codes. Qualifications Proven experience in irrigation installation. Desire to grow as an individual and team member. Knowledge of efficient work flows is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
