Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Irrigation/Sprinkler Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing irrigation systems at commercial properties throughout the Spokane area. We are looking for someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Service and maintain commercial irrigation systems Troubleshoot and repair sprinkler systems Diagnose and repair leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valves, and irrigation lines Install and replace sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and related components Program, adjust, and troubleshoot irrigation controllers Perform spring irrigation start-ups Perform fall system blowouts/winterizations Inspect systems and identify areas needing repair or adjustment Adjust sprinkler heads and zones for proper coverage Troubleshoot irrigation wiring and electrical components Read and understand irrigation plans and system layouts Communicate professionally with property managers and customers Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean job site Qualifications Previous commercial irrigation/sprinkler experience required Strong knowledge of commercial irrigation systems and components Experience troubleshooting valves, controllers, wiring, and sprinkler heads Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Experience with irrigation start-ups and winterizations Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable transportation to work Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work as needed Preferred Experience Experience with Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, or similar commercial irrigation systems is a plus. Experience with large commercial properties, irrigation controllers, pumps, backflow systems, and irrigation repairs is highly preferred.
