In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing extraction processes that transform raw cannabis plant material into high-quality concentrates, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, consistent, and premium products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount. Duties Operate extraction equipment such as closed-loop systems, solvent tanks, and filtration units following strict manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Handle industrial chemicals and solvents safely, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection and chemical-resistant gloves Maintain detailed records of extraction processes, batch documentation, and quality control measures in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation Follow strict safety protocols related to chemical handling, material transfer, and equipment operation to prevent accidents or contamination Assist in packaging finished concentrates while adhering to regulatory/legal compliance standards in production Support warehouse activities such as materials handling, inventory management, and forklift operation to ensure smooth workflow Experience No Experience is fine. will train the right individual. cannabis extraction laboratories. experience is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and GMP regulations applicable to industrial chemical handling and pharmaceutical production Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and machining tools Familiarity with laboratory procedures including basic math calculations for measurements and process adjustments Proven ability to follow detailed SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards in a manufacturing environment Warehouse experience involving inventory control, materials handling, and use of material handling equipment is advantageous Strong understanding of industrial chemical manufacturing processes, respiratory protection requirements, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Join us in creating safe, high-quality cannabis concentrates by applying your technical skills in a dynamic environment.
