ABOUT THE ROLE
Our cultivation team relies on precise, data-driven irrigation and fertigation to keep every plant healthy through harvest. As our Cannabis Irrigation Specialist, you'll manage watering and feed schedules using the Aroya platform, keep our irrigation hardware running smoothly, and partner closely with growers to fine-tune inputs across a fast-moving production environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and manage daily irrigation and feeding schedules for crops in production Monitor and adjust crop inputs using the Aroya platform based on plant needs Inspect and maintain irrigation system components, including pumps, valves, and filters Partner with growers and cultivation leadership to troubleshoot and refine feeding strategies Log irrigation data, keep schedules current, and prepare regular reporting Assist with harvest planning and other cultivation-wide initiatives as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must be at least 21 years of age 1+ year of cannabis cultivation experience preferred Background in agriculture or production settings is a plus Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and basic data-tracking tools Able to perform physical tasks in a working cultivation environment Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Extended periods of standing or sitting with repetitive motion Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Regular exposure to noise, humidity, dust, and cultivation-related chemicals
