Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, consistent schedule

Your Day-to-Day:
Plant Care:
Tend to plants through each growth stage — pruning, feeding, and monitoring health from veg through harvest.
Facility Upkeep:
Keep grow spaces clean and sanitized to protect plant health and meet compliance standards.
Harvesting:
Assist with harvest operations and post-harvest handling tasks.

What You'll Need:
Age:
Must be 21 or older (required under WA State I-502 regulations).
Education & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent hands-on work experience.
Physical Demands:
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move comfortably around stairs and warehouse mezzanine levels for full shifts. Interested?
