Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Agriculture Worker to support pumping liquid manure pits. This role involves outdoor work, operating agricultural equipment, and maintaining farm machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors and be comfortable handling various equipment to ensure smooth farm operations. Responsibilities Perform outdoor agricultural tasks Operate agricultural tractors and other machinery safely and efficiently. Stir manure pits regularly to maintain proper composting conditions. Grease, fuel, and perform routine maintenance on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work long hours as needed to meet seasonal demands and operational deadlines. Assist with other farm-related duties as assigned to support overall productivity. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience in an agricultural setting preferred. Experience with agricultural tractor operation is highly desirable. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, including greasing and fueling machinery. Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions carefully.
