Supervise and lead assigned team members coordinating work activities. Coordinate with management regarding equipment and supply needs, and production and research requirements. Lead and mentor team members providing performance feedback. All other relevant duties to the job.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field of study preferred. General poultry knowledge and experience required. 2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills and knowledge.
