Enhanced Landscape Management (ELM) is a landscape industry leader in California and Nevada with over 500 employees. Our growth and recent expansion have created the immediate need to grow our team of dedicated professionals.ELM is seeking an Account Manager for our branch's location to lead field crews and be the main point of contact with our valued clients. Essential Job Functions Provide proactive client service through communication and management of field service teams Develop, propose and sell landscape enhancement opportunities Hire, train, develop and manage field staff - gardeners and foremen Drive landscape enhancement sales including renovations, irrigation upgrades, etc. Meet or exceed business plan relating to budget, revenue, profit, etc. Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met Regularly communicate (written, verbal and in-person) and meet with clients Drive culture of safety excellence in field Communicate with branch manager to ensure branch objectives are being met Manage time approval process (payroll) for field staff Skills/Abilities Have and maintain a professional image Have strong work ethic and be able to effectively manage time Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to speak Spanish Must pass pre-employment drug screening Clean driving history Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field and/or, have a minimum of 2-3 years landscape/horticulture experience as a manager Benefits Commission/incentive program relating to sales Medical, dental and vision care available with generous company contribution 401k Employer paid life insurance Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, credit card, and fuel card for business purposes Paid vacation and sick leave Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Commission/incentive program relating to sales Medical, dental and vision care available with generous company contribution 401k Employer paid life insurance Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, credit card, and fuel card for business purposes Paid vacation and sick leave Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement
