Hy-Line North America is looking to have someone join our team as the Hatchery Manager. In this role, you will be based out of our Wilton, IA location. You will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the hatchery. The hatcher manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring employees and ensuring all operations are completed while maintaining the highest level of safety, animal welfare and biosecurity standards. You will oversee equipment, maintenance, and supply needs of the facility as well as coordinating the logistics of eggs/chicks. Candidates with a degree in Animal/Agricultural Science are preferred or four years of related experience. Management experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
