Job Description The Retail Manager is part of a co-management & leadership team found throughout the organization's 43 centers. Tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, managers may supervise up to 12 staff members. Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, the ability to embrace a robust safety culture, and the desire to provide excellent service to donors ensure that management creates an environment conducive with success. This position is an exempt position, often requiring weekend work. Salary is $(52,000) per year. Benefits package includes, health, dental, and retirement.
