A Farm or Ranch Manager manages operations at a farm or ranch. Purchases supplies such as seed, fertilizer or animal feed, operates and repairs farm equipment, and maintains facilities. Monitors prices and adapts production as needed due to market changes, weather conditions or other factors.

Job Description
- Taste and learn continuously the many cheeses and products made by VSC and share the knowledge with our many customers and fans.
- Hire and train part time helpers for the peak season
- Order products and manage the non farm sections of the shop.
- Help support our agritourism programs which includes public tours, school tours and weekend tours.
- execute the online order system and the growing holiday gift basket operation
- help support other areas of Valley Shepherd's operations including training new interns, teach farm market operations The position has growth potential and include paid vacation.
