Casa Rondeña Winery is a family-owned winery established in 1995, located in the Village of Los Ranchos, New Mexico. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional wines while honoring our agricultural roots and supporting our local community. We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the wine industry. No prior vineyard experience is required—training will be provided. Experience is helpful but not recommended. The Vineyard Manager supports all aspects of vineyard operations to ensure healthy vines, high-quality grape production, and sustainable land stewardship, while balancing short-term production goals with long-term vineyard health. Key Responsibilities Vineyard Operations & Planning Assist with and carry out seasonal vineyard tasks such as pruning, canopy management, irrigation, pest and disease control, harvest planning, and replanting Monitor vine health, soil conditions, and weather impacts to support grape quality and yield Support sustainable and regenerative farming practices Equipment & Resource Management Assist with vineyard equipment, irrigation systems, and general maintenance Help manage supplies and materials inventory Harvest & Production Support Coordinate with winemaking and cellar teams on grape production and harvest timing Assist with grape sampling and harvest planning Support Annual Harvest events Assist with general property projects as needed Requirements Strong organization and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Must be 21 years or older Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation No experience required—training provided
