Our Client is seeking an experienced Plant Health & Turf Manager to lead plant health care and turf management operations for a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties in the Nashville area. Compensation & Benefits for our client's

Plant Health & Turf Manager:

$65,000-$75,000 starting annual salary, based on experience Generous PTO 401(k) with 3% company match

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in plant health care, turf management, or commercial landscape maintenance. 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. Strong knowledge of plant identification, turfgrass management, insect and disease diagnosis, and irrigation practices. Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Plant Science, or a related field preferred.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage customized plant health and turf care programs. Diagnose and treat insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, weeds, and environmental stress using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices. Oversee fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and turf renovations. Lead mosquito, mole, and armadillo management programs. Conduct property inspections, prepare treatment recommendations, and build strong client relationships. Supervise, train, and support field technicians while ensuring safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Other duties as assigned.
