Living Immunity is a fast-growing wellness brand based in Tucson. We operate at wellness venues, fitness centers, community health events, and outdoor activations across Southern Arizona — including venues in Tucson, Sierra Vista, and the greater Phoenix area. The Wellness Field Manager holds a set of signature venues — locations that are yours on a consistent weekly schedule. Customers know you. The venues know you. Your schedule is predictable and your presence is non-negotiable. This is an independent role with a direct leadership path. As Living Immunity grows, the people who have proven themselves in the field become the foundation of everything that comes next — from training and consulting roles to regional and organizational leadership. We build from within. The WFM position is where that track starts.

What you earn:

$150 guaranteed per shift — standard venues $180 per shift — Phoenix-area venues

Commission:

10% on sales above your venue's weekly KPI, no cap

Consistency Bonus:

$50/month for hitting KPI every assigned shift
