What You'll Do As a Manager at New Moon Market, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while embodying our commitment to quality and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality. Leading and inspiring a small, close-knit team to deliver their best every day. Managing inventory, including lifting up to 50 lbs of fresh produce (yes, that includes carrots!). Ensuring the café is clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. Handling scheduling, opening/closing duties, and maintaining a positive work environment. Supporting the preparation of our house-made, plant-based offerings when needed. To thrive in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role. The ability to work weekends and early mornings (we start our day bright and early to serve our community!). A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
