Now, we're seeking a dynamic Tasting Room Manager to join our team and elevate the bourbon experience for our guests.Role Overview:
As our Tasting Room Manager, you'll be the face of our distillery, ensuring that every visitor feels the warmth of genuine hospitality. You'll blend your love for bourbon with exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments for guests during tastings, and cocktail hours.Responsibilities:
Tasting Room Magic:
- Welcome guests with a smile and a pour of our finest bourbons.
- Share captivating stories about our distillery's history, production process, and flavor profiles.
- Guide guests through tasting flights, helping them discover their favorite expressions.
- Create an inviting atmosphere where bourbon enthusiasts and novices alike feel at home.
Sales Sorcery:
- Upsell bottles and merchandise during guest visits.
- Cultivate relationships with bourbon clubs, tour groups, and event planners.
- Drive revenue by promoting exclusive releases and limited-edition bottlings.
Ambassador Extraordinaire:
- Represent our brand at industry events, festivals, and trade shows.
- Forge connections with bourbon enthusiasts, bloggers, and influencers.
- Be the go-to source for all things bourbon-related.
Qualifications:
- Passion for bourbon (bonus points if you can recite the difference between rye and wheated mash bills in your sleep!)
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or other restaurant work
- Outstanding communication skills (you're as smooth as a well-aged bourbon)
