OLCC METRC
compliance specialist to manage seed-to-sale tracking and ensure the facility stays fully compliant with Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) regulations. We will make a decision by Dec 15th. Duties- Manage day-to-day METRC entries: tagging, plant/package tracking, harvest and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain manifests for transport and transfers
- Keep facility records audit-ready and ensure ongoing OLCC compliance
- Identify and correct discrepancies between physical inventory and METRC records
- Work directly with cultivation staff and ownership to keep compliance processes tight Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience with
OLCC METRC
in a licensed Oregon cannabis operation (required)- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping discipline
- Familiarity with OLCC rules and compliance standards
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required
- Must have reliable transportation.
