Duties Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through arcade offerings Operate and troubleshoot a variety of arcade games and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, process ticket redemptions, and handle cash safely Enforce safety protocols, including manual handling procedures and emergency response procedures such as CPR or first aid when needed Oversee event setups, manage guest flow during busy periods, and assist with special events or themed activities Address guest concerns promptly, resolve conflicts effectively, and maintain a positive atmosphere at all times Conduct routine safety inspections, ensure compliance with health standards, and perform light cleaning duties to keep the venue inviting Experience Previous experience in event venue management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently Experience working with children or in retail sales enhances guest engagement skills Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and conflict management techniques is preferred Outdoor work experience or resort experience can be beneficial for adapting to varied environments Familiarity with manual handling practices, heavy lifting, and food service operations adds value to your role Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking or guest interactions are essential Join us as an Arcade Attendant if you're passionate about creating lively experiences while ensuring safety and excellent service.
