Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Tasting Room Associate, where your enthusiasm for wine and exceptional customer service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our tasting room, guiding visitors through tastings, sharing your wine knowledge, and fostering a warm, engaging environment. Your passion for human connection, will help promote our wines and enhance guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in hospitality and wine service while contributing to a lively and inviting atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide informative wine tastings tailored to their preferences Educate visitors about our wine selections, production process, and food pairing options Manage POS systems Upsell wines and related products to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, including glassware, tables, and display areas Assist with special events, ensuring a seamless guest experience Handle cash transactions securely, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Have an energetic and friendly personality Looking for, but not required Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, including restaurant or fine dining Strong knowledge of wines, wine service techniques, and food pairing principles Experience with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous experience in sales or hospitality roles that involve serving Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Join us in creating an inviting space where guests can explore our wines while enjoying top-tier hospitality.
