$200per hour Minimum Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of clinical practice required At least 1-2 years of correctional healthcare or underserved population experience preferred Experience in psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of behavioral health services highly preferred Experience providing psychiatric care in a managed care or correctional facility setting preferred Active CPR/BLS certification required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines approved Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a secured correctional facility for extended periods Ability to frequently reach, bend, kneel, and stoop, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds Ability to respond quickly to emergencies, including situations requiring rapid movement, physical intervention, or assistance with patient transport Why Work with Us White Glove Placement isn't your average agency—we're a team built for today's nurses.
